The National Coastal Data Development Center, an organization that resides within the Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS), has selected James Secure Solutions, Inc. and Professional Solutions LLC for the development and submission of a comprehensive C&A package for the National Coastal Data Development Center Local Area Network (NCDDC LAN).

JSS with the The Analysis Corporation (TAC) Team secured a new contract supporting the Investigative Data Warehouse (IDW), which is managed and maintained through a joint arrangement by the FBI Information Technology Operations Division (ITOD), the Office of IT Program Management (OIPM) and the Counterterrorism Division (CTD). TAC has been a leader as a prime contractor in the FBI and Intelligence communities. JSS has worked well for TAC at the TSC and at VRO and look forward to continuing their success at IDW.

JSS under the The Analysis Corporation (TAC) secured a new contract supporting the Terrorist Screening Operations Unit (TSOU) Visa Review Operations (VRO), which is under the Counter Terrorism Division of the FBI. JSS will be responsible for security oversight including, development of VRO Certification and Accreditation (C&A) documentation, vulnerability assessments, and assisting in the development of a secure VRO system in support of TSOU.

James Secure Solutions, Inc. is excited to sponsor the Professional Solutions, LLC, (ProSol) 5th annual charity golf tournament on Friday, July 24, 2009 at Fort Belvoir Golf Club.

ProSol’s 5th annual charity golf tournament, the Doug Zembiec Memorial Golf Tournament, was held on Friday, July 24 at Fort Belvoir Golf Club with proceeds benefitting TAPS (Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors). With the help of generous corporate sponsorships and donations, ProSol was able to raise $50,000 for this charity which provides ongoing emotional help, hope and healing to all who have lost a loved one in military service to our country.

The purpose of PS Charities is to raise money through fundraising campaigns and donor contributions for distribution to charities that support military families, fight cancer, and engage in other charitable endeavors. We are excited about the positive impact sitting on this Board of Directors holds for us and for you. We are committed to the possibilities and opportunities that can come from working together to help find cures, stop abuse, and to make our world a better place. The Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) has selected James Secure Solutions, Inc. to provide Network Certification and Accreditation Services.

The USAC is an independent, not-for-profit corporation designated as the administrator of the federal Universal Service Fund by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). USAC administers Universal Service Fund (USF) programs for high cost companies serving rural areas, low-income consumers, rural health care providers, and schools and libraries. The Universal Service Fund helps provide communities across the country with affordable telecommunications services.

Under this contract, James Secure Solutions, Inc. will be performing a vertical and horizontal review of the School and Libraries (SL) and Rural Healthcare (RHC) Major Applications.


November 5, 2008

On November 5, 2008, James Secure Solutions Inc. (JSS) was awarded GSA Contract GS-35F-0058V for Special Item Number 132-51 IT Professional Services.

This allows for Federal Agencies to utilize the flexibility and ease of GSA IT70 to procure services directly from JSS. Under the GSA IT70 contract vehicle, JSS will be able to provide security services, solution engineering, and IT management support services. JSS has demonstrated expertise in these areas with clients such as the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

James Secure Solutions, Inc. through Professional Solutions will begin supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Transportation Security Administration (TSA) on September 22, 2008.

In this capacity, James Secure Solutions will be providing Watch Officer support services and related tasks that are aligned with the Mission of the TSA Transportation Security Operations Center (TSOC).

The TSOC serves as the 24/7 operations center (command center) for transportation security-related operations, incidents, or crises for TSA, interfacing directly with the DHS Homeland Security Operations Center for good information-flow with DHS.

James Secure Solutions, Inc. with Professional Solutions as the Prime will begin supporting the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association (NOAA), National
Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), and other offices within NESDIS that may require similar services.

The primary goal of this BPA is to improve program efficiency and effectiveness by providing prompt, reliable and high quality information IT security, acquisition and systems engineering solutions.

The NESDIS OCIO is responsible for ensuring that IT security program objectives are achieved. Some of these objectives include 1) understanding and implementing all federal government computer security policies and requirements, 2) developing and implementing IT security requirements, 3) certifying and accrediting existing, new and upgraded information systems, 4) developing, verifying and validating that business contingency plans exist for all NESDIS information systems regardless of location and 5) ensuring that computer security is integrated in the corporate enterprise architecture plan and included in the information system's lifecycle.

In this capacity, James Secure Solutions will be managing all Information System Security Officer (ISSO) duties and supporting all security related tasks that are aligned with the Mission and Vision of the FBI TSC.

The vision of the FBI TSC is to establish a dynamic global screening network to support the detection of terrorists. The FBI TSC mission is to serve as the authoritative source in coordinating the use of terrorist identification information and consolidating the approach of screening for all who act to prevent terrorist activities.
