- James Secure Solutions uses competitive market information to aggressively obtain the talent our clients require. Pay rates are based on technical skill, discipline, education, and years of experience.
401(k) Retirement Plan
- The Retirement Plan is immediately available to all regular employees upon date of hire. Employees may contribute the maximum allowable under Federal regulation. JSS matches a total of 4% of each employee’s contribution to their 401(k) plan. We also provide the expertise of a certified Financial Advisor to all employees at no additional charge. All regular employees are immediately 100% vested upon hire.
Paid Time-Off (PTO)
- James Secure Solutions combines vacation and sick leave into a single leave accrual program. New employees of JSS earn leave at the rate of 15 days per year. Any unused leave at the end of the year may be carried over to the following year to a certain limit. PTO accrual increases after two years of employment and again after five.
Holidays
- James Secure Solutions provides employees with 10 observed paid holidays each year.
Medical/Dental/Vision/Prescription Drug Insurance
- James Secure Solutions offers comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Pharmacy Co-pay/Deductible Benefit Plans with United Healthcare to all Full-Time, Regular Employees. Employees are eligible for coverage immediately upon hire.
Flexible Spending Plan (FSA)
- James Secure Solutions offers employees the opportunity to participate in a pre-tax contribution program in order to cover eligible health care and dependent care costs. There is no charge to JSS employees to participate in our FSA program. We also offer an FSA Debit Card for ease in health care payment, eliminating reimbursement. Employees are eligible for FSA upon date of hire.
Life Insurance/AD&D
- James Secure Solutions provides employees with Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance at no cost to the employee. Employees eligible upon hire.
Short Term/Long Term Disability Plans
- JSS offers both Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance to all Full-Time, Regular employees at no cost to the employee through Guardian Life Insurance Company of America. Employees are eligible for both plans after 30 days of employment.
Training Benefit
- After 6 months of employment, all JSS employees are eligible for a $2000 annual training/education benefit toward any job-related training or education.
Employee Assistance Program
- Immediately upon hire, JSS employees are eligible for a 100% company-paid, completely confidential Employee Assistance Program offering 24/7 access to Licensed Health Professionals via telephone, free financial and legal advice, and a limited amount of free counseling sessions with Licensed Health Professionals for JSS employees and their families.
